71 Appeal
(1) A person who is not satisfied with a decision made by the police special court under Section 36 on a case relating to a crime punishable under this Chapter may file an appeal with the Police Special
Court that is one level above it, within Thirty Five days.
(2) An appeal may be filed with the Government of Nepal against a decision made by the Central Special Police Court as referred to in Sub-
section (2) of Section 36 ……… 72 or by the police special court as referred
to in Section 36A.
